Peace and Possibilities

Jun 9, 2021

There are many ways to bring your gifts to the world.

Who hasn't needed to make a shift this last year?

Evolving, being willing to change, is important no matter what is happening in the world or our lives. But never more so since the beginning of 2020.

We're all learning now how important adjusting and changing is, no matter how long it takes to get there.

When you're considering what you want to have in your life, it's important to think about what you want to bring to the world.

My guest this week, Sharyn Galindo, had to do just that.  She had to shift her business and her purpose, to encompass the new world she (and we) faced.

How did she do it?

  • Discipline! She practiced these things:
    • Resilience, mind/body breathing, gratitude
  • She got back up!
  • She asked herself (like a swiss army knife of tools and skills), which tool will I need today?
  • She was open to the possibilities (hmm, that's a good topic for a book, don't you think?)
  • She took her time
  • Never-ending self-awareness
  • She remembered, there are a lot of ways to bring your gifts to the world
  • She had, and so should you, compassionate presence

Finally, she remembered, mistakes are part of the journey!
