I've definitely been learning some interesting things on my podcasts lately.
Smart people are everywhere (that's not the interesting part - I was already sure of this!) and I learn something new every day, especially when I talk to my guests.
Angel Marie is no exception.
On this week's episode of the Peace & Possibilities podcast, we talk about the gifts we all have, the feelings we need to pay attention to, and learning how to appreciate the journey.
Ah, if life was always so simple.
There are constantly twists and turns, unexpected things, fun surprises, and always some stress. But as Angel suggests, if we can remember to ask, "what role can this play for my future", the lesson is a little easier to master.
I've been doing a lot of this lately. Asking myself what meaning this or that has, or "what the heck am I supposed to learn from this?"
Maybe instead of asking, "why me", why not try asking, "what is this here to teach me?"
Then see if you can't feel a little bit of comfort, and maybe even welcome it.
I promise, seeing the possibilities is always a little less stressful than thinking about the problem.
